A relapse resets the streak. It never takes your world away. Your arena stays; it just dims until your next check-in. Then Primal walks you through what triggered it, helps you set a new target and has you sign your name again.

What is Primal?
A self-help app for adults who want to quit porn. It combines a 90-day plan, a daily pledge and streak, a panic button, Screen Time blocking, focus sessions, breathing and soundscapes, and an optional AI coach, all wrapped in a climb through ten arenas with Leo, your lion.
How much does it cost?
Primal is a paid subscription. The plans, your local price and any free trial are shown on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm, and Apple handles all billing. We never see your card number.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Primal, or in the app go to Settings → Manage Subscription. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Who can see my data?
Your journal stays on your phone. In the community, other members see only your generated handle, arena and streak alongside what you post. We don't sell your data or track you across other apps. The Privacy Policy lists every provider we use and why.
Will the Blocker stop everything?
No blocker is bypass-proof, and we won't pretend otherwise. The Blocker adds real friction: it applies Apple's adult-website filter plus the apps and sites you choose, using Screen Time on your iPhone. It works on the device where you set it up, once you grant Screen Time permission.
What happens if I relapse?
Your streak resets, but you keep your arena. It dims until your next check-in, and Leo is saddened, never angry. The relapse flow helps you spot the trigger, choose a new target and recommit.
Is Leo a therapist?
No. Leo is an AI coach. It can be helpful at 2am, and it can also be wrong. Primal is not medical care, therapy or a crisis service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
Is it on Android?
Not yet. Primal is built for iPhone and needs iOS 17 or later.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account, then choose Delete now or Delete after 24 hours. Full details on what gets deleted.
